You may know about this already, you may not. So here goes.
Sky have bought the rights to show Lost from Channel 4. This means that season three will be shown on Sky One from November - the promos have already started.
I contacted Sky about a week ago to determine whether they were planning to show season three on Sky Three for those of us without Sky but with Freeview, or on normal terrestrial channels for those with neither. The response I got was that they currently had no plans to show the series on Sky Three or terrestrial, but that may change.
Therefore, I propose that we start a petition. If enough of you loyal Lost fans sign it with your names, we may be able to swing the Sky schedulers our way and get Lost shown on Sky Three or even back on Channel 4.
So please, anyone in the UK who does not have Sky, or even Freeview, sign this petition so that we're not deprived of this amazing show!
The link to the petition as of now is:

I9 disagree, terestrial telly is disappearing soon and I think this is a smart move to get people changing. Maybe it should be on Sky three but...Channel 4 don't deserve it, they showed at stupid times and on stupid E4 repeats all the time. Sky have said you can watch it on their site anyway... _________________

Those are all fair points, and yes Sky did do it mainly to pull in more Sky subscribers, but for those of us who cannot afford Sky and cannot watch it on the website, we rely on Freeview for access to a limited range of digital channels.
I agree with your views about Channel 4's screwy program schedule, but you must agree that having Lost with adverts is better than no Lost at all! Even if they showed it on Sky Three, it would be a step in the right direction. _________________

You could always download it AP! And Sky isn't that expensive. My mum is a single parent, mother of 2, working class, in a £7 an-hour job, and has to pay for her high matanace daughter (moi ) and she can afford to pay the Sky bill. And its also free or almost free for the first 6 months or something like that.
But I must say, I did preffer it to be shown on C4. Then again, we had to wait like a year for the next season to start and the frikin '118' adverts were SO ANNOYING. I preffer the ones that go 'Got your numba' hehe _________________

It was soooo much better on C4, I've actually started downloading them instead cause Sky are gonna be even more unreliable than C4 as they won't do repeats incase you miss them and things. _________________ Steph xxxxx |

If you have Sky you can just watch it on Sky 2 or 3 or Teleport Replay if you have Telewest. For free. _________________

Skyone showed episodes 1 & 2 last night, and there were hardly any breaks. Dunno why I watched it as I have them on my computer.. but anyways. I think its better on SkyOne. You should just buy Telewest if you don't wanna fund that billionaire who owns Sky. Hes an ASS.
Oh and you need like 5000 signiatures and more to actually get listened to. Believe me, I know _________________
