I watched half or so of the first season (mainly because of David Boreanaz ) but stopped watching after they switched it to the same timeslot as Lost.
But from what I seen of the first season I thought it was pretty good. _________________
Its perfect for me now- its on at 8 pm where I am, so I can watch both...I think a lot of people think its like "any other forensics show" and in that vein, I guess theyre right. But that side is always secondary to the characters- who I think are terrific, and dorky and funny and complicated. _________________

Awww, it's a shame this thread has been inactive. I just recently found Bones and it's one of my favorite shows currently on air. I bought the season 1 DVD cause it was on sale and fell in love with the show.

I hate Sully, get off my show!! But I love Stephen Fry as Booth's shrink. Season 2 is way better than the 1st but I still love the "Hot Blooded" sing-along in the episode where Booth gets blown up.
I just love the back and forth chemistry between Booth and Bones, both Emily and David are so talented. Best episode this season for me so far is when they go to vegas or "Judas on a Pole". Good eps.
For me this show is better than CSI (the original) because of the heavier focus on the characters.
Stupid American Idol pushing back the new episodes I can't wait for my next fix for Bones. _________________

I love this show because of my love for psychology and forensics, coupled with my love for angsty sexual tension between characters. B&B have LOTS of tension and that whole, "everybody knows they're in love/attracted to each other except them" thing going for them. And I'm a sucker for it.
The stories keep my interested and it's fun to figure the cases out along with them.
I also love Hodgins/Angela and do hope they get back together.
Loved Zach, miss him. Like Sweets, which seems to be hugely unpopular, but oh well.
Still can't warm up to Cam and don't think I ever will.
It was a good episode this week-Booth's brother made me happy with the effect of his visit on my B&B! _________________

I love this show too, mostly b/c of the characters and Booth and Bones remind me of Mulder and Scully. I just started watching the DVDs though so I've only seen season 1 but I'm looking fwd to watching the rest of the season. Its so much fun! _________________
