Wicked! I've loved that song for ages, so when I saw there was a Sawyer vid, naturally I had to watch!
For a first vid, this is better than most first vids you see. Most of your clips were not overly long, and your use of transitions was good, although it maybe could have been better in the choruses - rather than using just quick-cuts you could have used white fade-ins for the start of the choruses.
One thing I will say is that you MUST watch out for what I call 'clip residue' - that is, one or two frames from another clip still left on the start/end of a clip you have used in your vid. I noticed quite a bit of it in the clips you used from the 'torture' scene. What does tend to help is, just before saving your video as a movie file, going through the video frame-by-frame just to make sure you haven't got any clip residue left there. It may take a while but it's definitely worth it, as there's probably nothing more distracting or frustrating to an experienced vidder, and it also makes your vid look slightly amateurish.
Also, make sure to try to use the music to your advantage - music is a vidder's best friend! You have used it quite well in the choruses, but there was a point in the music where there are just four beats, and you maybe could have used these with white fade-ins to achieve a really good overall effect.
I liked it as a Sawyer video - overall it was quite good, and not at all bad for a first vid! I'll definitely be watching more of your vids if you keep this up.
