Well, seen as i had only recently made a lost recap vid, it didn't take me long to make this one.

I changed the order of the vid though... chronological is just too boring

Here it is... i'm just starting to get the hang of Premiere Elements

And i JUST managed to squeeze it all in so thats it was under 10 minutes... thats why i couldn't really do a special opening or closing sequence.

Comments would be appreciated!

Nice job Ashleigh, creative not to do it in chronological order.

The "categories" you used were well chosen.

And it's about time somebody used "They" by Jem for the Others...I've always thought someone should do that!

It's quite hard to do this vid in chronological order. That was the frist thing I tried when I was working at last year's recap vid... it didn't work.

I think it's much easier to do it in thematical order.

And Marcus, there's already been a vid with the song "They". It's an old vid with the footage from up to the middle of Season1 only I think, but it's really good! Still one of my favourites!

Mine's pretty much in chronological order, but I have put some eps ahead of others.

OK, (whoa, it'a after 5 am), after sitting here blankly for the last...long time, lol, Warren, I'm ready--I'm willing to listen to any and all of your ideas!

Esp. since you mentioned "Clocks", now that's the only song I can think of for this vid!

I'm totally impressed, Ashleigh, that you finished so soon! I'm not going to watch any entries until I finish my vid, however. I don't want to subconsiously use the same things as someone else!

God... My clips are ready, but now I dont know... Maybe IÂ´ll do something more funny, like a 50 first date LucyÂ´s video... Or maybe IÂ´ll make 2 vids, one funny and one more dramatic... Or maybe I will just give up...

Okay, I have a few questions before I invest too much into my idea:

1) are you allowed to have a bunch of songs, even a soundtrack?

2) if using real audio from Lost (voices) is allowed, is there a limit to it?

3) I need to know an approximate deadline. How long from now?

I have a real feeling mine's gonna be a long one. Even with tight editing, 20 minutes might even become a GOAL.

There are just so many songs that fit so perfectly with so many scenes.......

But I'll try as best I can to make it as short and snapping as possible.

I've started only the first bit of mine, but I haven't gotten into the song yet. I had my first day of work today, then I work tomorrow and Sunday so I'll probably try to do more Saturday, although I'm still short of some clips I need. I hope I can get mine done in time.

I'm doing my Season2Recap like my others vids that is to say a very-rythmic vid.
I think the best to do is not to follow the chronological order of the show but being coherent.

I already made 6 minutes

But it's very long to do !
and it's not finish !!
