| Video Playback Problem "Black screen"? |

Embedded videos work fine but when I go to the actual site; there's nothing just a black screen.
I've googled it and I've gotten nowhere. I'm told to update my Flash but my Flash updates on it's own and to uninstall Firefox which I don't use or have installed.
Does anyone know what I could do?
