Just wanted to say I have so missed vidding and wanted to post a photo of why I have been MIA. My baby boy Aiden John is now 1year old!!!
So now hope to be more active again!!!

So I received a notice from Mediafire today that one of my vids
"Lost: A Love Story of Survival, Redemption and Destiny" was considered to be infringing on someone's copyright. They suspended access to the file.
I was just wondering if anyone else had gotten a similar notice. I am just going to delete the account, I hardly use it anymore anyway.
The weirdest thing was when it talked about some of the things this person claimed to have copyright over, never once did it actually mention Lost. It mentioned "You're Next", "Nurse Jackie", and "Anger Management" among other titles. I've never even watched any of those films/shows that they mentioned, let alone used any media from them. It also listed a bunch of links, far more than I have in my account.
It was sort of a weird e-mail, but regardless I'm just deleting the account.
I'm just getting tired of all this copyright stuff. I've always operated under the idea of the fair use clause. I just wanted to share my love of the fandom and hopefully make others enjoy it and perhaps want to check it out themselves. It just stresses me out when they pull this stuff. So I unfortunately think I am done with "traditional" viding. 
However I still love viding and I very much enjoy being a member of this site. So I will be embracing a different style of viding in the future. I guess the silver lining is I'm going to be learning to more artistic and creative in my viding style.

2013 saw many great vids at LVI! We're going strong as a multi-fandom site, and this year's tournament showcased the best of them! 
There were many talented vidders who took part in the tourney, and it was exciting and fun to see which vids came out on top!
After weeks of voting, we now have the results of the 2013 Tournament!

Congratulations, Ali!!! Not only did Ali have 2 vids in the top 3, she is also last year's reigning champion! This is a very cool vid, excellent work!
Emma, your video is also gorgeous! Once again a Lost video makes it into the top 3. Great work! 
Again this year, the winners of the MCAs were the vids to move on to the Vid Of The Year Tournament! Here are the amazing vids that won their categories in the MCAs! Congrats to all!
There are some videos that stood out in the eyes of the CMs, so we are honoring them with this year's Council Members Choice awards, posted below.
Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Tournament & MCAs, and many thanks to everyone who voted! It's because of you that LVI is such a fun place! We can't wait to see what great vids you all come up with in 2014!
