| I need a Harry Potter nerd... |

...I wish I was one; but apparently I'm not ;( yet; I shall be one day!
Anyway, I'm writing a Harry Potter fic for the first time  And I just need to know a few details regarding books 6&7 about Hermione and Malfoy (Dramione fic ;]). Ok, here goes:
1. Hermione's wand. does it get destroyed in book 6 or 7? *please tell me book 6 * and does she then adopt Bellatrix's as her own or for just that battle?
2. At the time of Malfoy's breakdown in book 6, does Hermione know about his Dark Mark? Does he have it yet?
3. How old is she in book 6?
4. This is more general, but if staying with her parents in the Muggle world, how would Hermione best send an owl? Is there a Post Office in Diagon Alley? If so; what's its name?
