Ok; this happened yesterday and I'm pissed :S
I knocked over my external harddrive, its 1TB so its solid and just sit on my desk, but it fell. and now when it wants me to format the disk before I use it; but doing so will erase over 700GB worth of data on there. Is there a way for me to sort this out myself? I have a data recovery guy but I can't see him til Monday cos its the weekend here plus it will cost. Does anyone have any advice for the best thing to do?

First off, apologies for the delay in getting the results to you. This was a big contest and real life kept throwing a bunch of roadblocks at us, grr.   Anyway, onto the results!

Congratulations to Morgan, Will and Jemma for pulling to the head of an extremely competitive field! Congrats also to Lauren and Aggi for winning this month's special awards!
I know I say this a lot  but this was yet another awesome contest and every entry had something special to it. We really enjoyed them all! The bar of excellence goes a little higher with each new contest and you guys never fail to rise to it! *applause* Kudos to each of you, your vids were great!
Don't forget that the August contest info is already up: it's a series recap, which is quite a daunting challenge but one that we have no doubt you can take on with your usual skill and expertise! We look forward to seeing what you come up with!
