A friend burned this song on to a CD for me, and the first time I heard it, I was struck by how perfect it would be for a Sawyer or a Sawyer/Kate video. I would make it myself, but this song would do much better in the hands of someone like LAURA4LAD or Charmax, and not a newbie like me.

The lyrics and the tone of the song just seem to scream Kate to me, but I'm all worn out of angst right now. Does anyone one else want to try?

*Le sigh!* I'm just downright depressed over it being taken down because it was the first one I did, and I'm terribly partial to it. But then, a mother doesn't care if her kid is ugly, either!
I've made previous revisions, but I think I'm going to work it over some more before I put it up here.

Though we are forced to have to judge others' videos to see whether they're good enough to be added to the site at our expense, we'd just like to express our gratitude for every one of you that submitted a video. We realize how much courage it takes to submit a work of art, and we reget having to turn down any video from a council pick award. However it needs to be done.
But the purpose of this forum is to help those vidders whose videos we didn't deem exceptional enough by giving them advice on what to improve their present or future videos, so that they can improve. We don't pretend to make up the rules of what is good or bad in a video, we realize that many people have different opinions on the matter, and to some what may be percieved as a mistake was actually a artistic choice, but we need to judge these videos on some basis, nonetheless, and we figure that if we're going to vote on videos with our own guidelines and rules then the only way to make them fair is by responding to the public when they ask "WHY?". That is what this forum is for. If you have a question about what factors affected our voting, then please just ask here and we'll respond to you as soon as we can.
That all said, keep in mind that any advice given here is just help from another vidder, we aren't Gods or something that determine a video's worth, so please don't feel bad just because we didn't give it an award. We love all the videos submitted here! They're what makes this site great! And don't let a little failure like this ever discourage you from making more videos. So in other words, take any advice here as a grain of salt, we're not perfect, and neither are you! But we will do our BEST to help you improve in what way we deem "improvement".
Also keep in mind that nobody here wants to flame you. Any advice given is purely for self improvement, not criticizing!
