Hey everyone!

Watched a special on ABC tonight about all the dramas that are premiering this season, and of course, they showed LOST last. For those who missed it, they played an exclusive scene:

Now, I watched this exclusive scene, and this is what I KNOW:

The cage and experiment that Sawyer is in, is known as "Operant Conditioning" It is like an animal experiment, but humans can be subjected as well. Example:

Mouse is in cage. Mouse sees a button, mouse pushes button, food comes out. Mouse begins to learn that if he wants food, he can get it, so he learns to push that button whenever he wants food.

So why does Sawyer get zapped when he pushes it the third time? Because he didn't display the right behavior.

i suspected that Carl was an other too, but according to spoilerfix.com he's in Kates flashback

"This episode will be Kate-centric and have flashbacks featuring a 60-year-old motherly, warm, and funny woman as well as handsome twenty-year-old Karl."

but i guess that doesn't exactly mean he's not an other though...

That was such a cool trailer!!! i can't wait for october 4!
