I would say yes but put a warning on the description after September Contest entry - (contains season 3 footage) or something.

You certainly can. You could put a spoiler warning in your vid summary, but in general it's ok to use promo stuff or trailers.

My current work-in-progress is Teardrop by Massive Attack, and I think now it's close to being finished, I can reveal the subject of it - I've decided to do a 'Seven Deadly Sins' of Lost video. I should be finishing it soon, if I get the clips I've requested in the clips forum (if anyone knows where I can get flashback clips of Sawyer from Confidence Man, please go and have a look at my post), so once I have, I'll submit it. If I don't finish it before the end of the month, I'm entering Nobody's Home.

Yes, you certainly can. Just let us know which of your vids you'd like entered into the contest. (You can PM me or any of the Council Members and let us know which vid or you can post it here, whichever you'd prefer. )
