I can't figure out how to make my picture in paint for a video submission under 20000 bytes. Any help would be gladly appreciated!

I'm presuming that just saving it in JPG format isn't doing any good?
Wait, does Paint do JPG???  Hm, I'm not sure about that...  |

Also, by way of unsolicited but free advice, try the Gimp. It's a bit of a learning curve, but it's free and, minus a few hitches, does what Photoshop does. Gimp.Org, the website. It'll make things look a heck of a lot nicer than Paint, anyway.
