Hey, here's some ideas....

For Sawyer: "Hurt" by Johnny Cash

For group: "Seasons of Love" from the musical Rent

For Skate or Jate or Charlie/Claire: "If I Don't Tell You Now" by Ronan Keating

For any of the couples: "Head Over Feet" by Alanis Morissette

For Kate and/or Jack: "Crying" by Aerosmith

For Jack: "Good Love" (don't know the artist, it's an oldie)

For all the boys: "The Truth About Men" (it's a country one by a bunch of solo male artists)

For all the crying clips: "All Cried Out" (not sure who sings it)

For Skate/Jate: "Invisible Man" by 98 Degrees (for how either Jack or Sawyer feels invisible to Kate)

For everyone: "Survivor" by Destiny's Child

For Skate: "Irresistable" by Jessica Simpson (she can't resist him)

For any couple in trouble: "The One I Gave My Heart To" by Aaliyah

For any troubled Lostie (let's face it, any of them): "Jaded" by Aerosmith

For any couple: "You Shook Me All Night Long" by AC/DC

For Skate or Jate or Charlie/Claire: "Measure a Man" by Clay Aiken

That's all I can think of now....Feel free to send me a message if you need more ideas or have particular characters/scenarios you want to find a song for!
