Here's another video l just made today. Stylisticly done to the original music video "Somewhere Only We Know" by Keane. l've been wanting to do a Lost vid to this song ever since l first heard it on the radio but l could never figure out which character it could be about. So l decided to download the actual music video and just add in different clips from the show of all the characters. l was going to submit this video too but when l made the quality smaller, it was way too damn blurry and you couldn't even see their faces. So here it is if u wanna check it out.

I'm not working on it yet, as I have to see what kind of footage tomorrow's episode is going to give us, but I have an idea for a Sayid/Shannon, Sayid/Nadia video...

OMG l have a great idea for a Shannon/Boone video, using a 2 song mixer. For Boone you could do "Fuck lt ( i Don't Want You Back)" by Eamon, and for Shannon you could do "Fuck You Right Back" by Frankie. l think this would be an awesome video for these 2. Just an idea though...lol

depending on what footage we get in Kate's upcoming episode, I'm thinking of making a Kate-dealing-with-her-past-by-moving-on-to-Jack vid to Evanescence's (sp?) "My Immortal". that song's been on my list of great songs for vidding, but I never found clips that coukld really bring it ut well enough (at least in my head). Sun and Jin might have, but I don't know if they fit the lyrics how I want them (think about the chorus...)
Hmm... well anyway, if my guess of who the man Kate killed is wrong, or there aren't any emotional scenes in the whole thing, then I'll hold it off, so don't get excited

btw, I'm a lazy ass, so I haven't finished "Horoscope for today" yet

(what's this, I haven't told you the title yet?!

) I'm at the part where there's a straight line of Weird Al singing for about 23 seconds without breathing, really fast ("Now you may inconcievable or at the very least a bit unlikely that the...."). What I'd LIKE to do is use one clip or frame for every beat of that 23 second marathon line, and make it into something cool, which I can and would do, except I can't think of any good ideas of WHAT to put in there

I already used far too many of the cliche lameass scenes in other parts, so I'm totally out of ideas!

I'm open to anything now, but one thing this part has to be is the hood ornament of the entire video

so I want it looking great

OMG Hobbes, l made a vid of Kate/Jack to that very same song acouple months ago...lol. lt wasn't any good...lol, well mainly cuz l only had like the first 10 eps when l made it. But l just thought that was so funny (coinsidence much) and l so totally can't wait to see it Hobbes.

HEE HEE HEE! I'm so glad you're doing a Lost vid to that song! I can't imagine how some of the lyrics will fit though. I mean I had a hard enough time doing a Buffy vid to that song and you can make ANY song into a passable Buffy vid (it's true! Case in point...the fact that I made a Buffy vid to "Your Horoscope"

).

Sounds awesome, though! If you can pull this off (and I'm sure you will) I will bow down to you as a vidding god!

I'm making it so every character gets their own sign, minus Walt and the late Boone, that is. And I knooooowww Kate is actually a Gemini

but that lyric didn't fit her nearly as well as the one I chose for her... hmmm...... what one was that....?

Well I know it involves trying not to shove a roll of duct tape up her nose, so I'm happy!

Well as I said, it's only if the clips fall right

But I think they will.... hmmm... I'm hoping we find out who kate killed that episode. That song NEEDS to be done extremely angsty or deeply I think. That piano chorus at the beginning is what makes that song, and I'm thinking of a way to use it so it has meaning.... unfortunately, I'm not that great at fitting a scene to the beat

I'm always off by a frame or two >.< gah.
Anyway, don't get your hopes up

but I'd like to do tht song if I get the chance lol.
