Where are those other "Desmond" clips from? Is it from "24"? I never watched that series, just guessing cause Kiefer Sutherland was in your vid.

I had the same problem....

Do you have DIVX downloaded?
Most likely you don't have it
http://www.divxmovies.com/codec/
and download the one for Windows XP/2000

I hope this helps
