I need help brainstorming as many character angst moments as possible, especially when they're being destructive, assertive and/or emotional. I've already got Locke breaking down in his car, Jack smashing up his dad's coffin, Kate crying in her car and Sawyer trudging away from Sayid.

How about Hurley confronting Danielle about the numbers, Sayid crying over Shannon's body after she was shot, and Sun yelling for Jin to stop beating up Michael? They might not be "strong" enough angsty visuals for your purpose but that's all I could think of off the top of my head...

I can think of a few ... any characters, huh?

Okay.
1. Exodus I - Sawyer tells Jack about his meeting with Christian. Pretty sure Jack cries there.
2. Exodus II - Charlie punches Sayid after Claire's baby is kidnapped.
3. Exodus II - Claire screaming/crying hysterically/beating on Charlie and tells him to bring Aaron back.
4. Whatever the Case May Be - Charlie crying.
5. Whatever the Case May Be - Kate and Jack arguing, Kate crying.
6. Deus Ex Machina - Locke breaking down over the hatch's door.
7. Do No Harm - Shannon crying over Boone's body.
8. What Kate Did - Sayid crying when burying Shannon.
9. What Kate Did - Almost all of the Jack/Kate scene right before the kiss.
10. Orientation (I think??) - Jack finds Desmond running away. Desmond keeps pressuring Jack about what happened to his wife, and he breaks down.

Hmm, I think that's all I can muster right now. If I think of any more, I'll let you know.

Jin beating up that guy in the flashback and he sees the little girl, Charlie when he first starts using drugs in the Moth flashback, Shannon rejecting Sayids attempts to help her up in Abandoned, Ana shooting that guy who killed her baby, Eko burning the plane.
