That's really generous of you, Steph! *hug* I have a lot of other fandoms I'd love to make vids for but I'm almost out of room on my hard drive as it is. I'm just about to the point where I'm going to have to move most of the still pics I use for animation off to CDs, then have to hop them on and off as needed. Then, if that doesn't free up enough space, there goes my Lost footage...  So, even if I had other source material, I don't have room to use it. *sigh* My poor little dinky hard drive... The fact that my computer doesn't have a DVD drive also puts a crimp in my plans to vid wildly...
But if I were able, I'd LOVE to do some LotR vids! I have a burning desire to do a Van Helsing/Underworld crossover vid where Kate Beckinsale tries to hunt down herself...  But the thing I really wish I was able to do is a Sawyer/Sin City vid. (Uh, you probably don't know why I use Jessica Alba as my online self, huh?  It comes from a joke a long time ago, when nobody could seem to remember that I'd posted a pic of myself in the first Photo thread. So I said, "What? Am I the Invisible Woman?" Well, Fantastic 4 was just getting ready to come out, starring Jessica A as the Invisible Woman... And thus the Aislynn/Jessica Alba connection was born! Since she was also in Sin City, I wanted to achieve my personal dream of a Sawyer/Aislynn vid! The "proper" ship name being "Sawlynn," in case you're wondering... )
Wow, that was a freakin' long explanation, huh?  Sorry. I just didn't want anybody to be left out...
Back on topic, though, I think it would be very cool of you to give people a place to put their non-Lost vids! 
(And hey, who says that Sawyer couldn't be the site guardian? I always planned on using a small, shirtless Sawyer as my watermark if I ever had a way to watermark a vid like that... ) |
