Alright, here's ep 2x13. I thought I might aswell finally tell the story of Aislynn's mother here, since I was reminded when Aislynn mentioned her before. And I have some great ideas for where they're headed next. Sorry but there won't be a new ep tomorrow, cos I'm on school camp all day and for most of the day after that. But hopefully I'll be able to do some on Friday (Thursday for America ).
The Amazing Adventures of Aislynn
Episode 2x13: Afternoon Tea with Mom.
Day 95: The ocean.
The group had been swimming for what seemed like forever, and their arms felt like they would fall off any minute. Still they had seen no sign of land, and they were beginning to get cranky.
“Oh…god…” said Matt, paddling as hard as he could, which wasn’t very hard, since he was now incredibly tired. “I…need…a break.”
“We can’t rest.” said Aislynn. “If we relax, we’ll probably end up drowning.”
“Hmm…” said Paul. “I’m actually considering drowning myself at this point.” He continued to swim on, as did the others, for several hours. Finally, they saw it - land.
“Oh my God!” yelled Colin, although his voice wasn’t very loud since it was dry and saw. “Is that what I think it is?… Or is it a mirage?”
“Come on, let’s check it out!” said Vicky, speeding up slightly. It really was an island, full of coconut trees and big pinecones.
The group ran across the island, so happy to finally be out of the water. After they had calmed down their excitement, they all sat down to rest their legs.
“Ahhh…..” said Jessica, relieved not to have to kick and move her legs anymore.
“Yeah…” began Colin. “This is the life…….Ow!” A coconut fell on top of Colin. Another one fell on top of Aislynn.
“What the?” said Aislynn, turning around at the tree next to her.
Several bunches of coconuts fell on every one of them, followed by more, and more, and more.
“Okay, what’s going on?” asked Matt, after being hit by a coconut for the sixth time. He climbed up one of the coconut trees where they were coming from. He popped his head up through the leaves.
“What do you see?” called Nate from down below.
Matthew looked around. Little green creatures, looking kind of like a cross between a monkey and a lizard, were picking up coconuts everywhere and throwing them at the group. One spotted Matt, and threw a huge coconut right in his face, which sent him crashing down.
“Matt!” yelled Vicky.
“I’m fine, I’m fine…” replied Matt, standing up.
“What’s going on?” asked Aislynn.
“There are weird little animals I’ve never even heard of up there!” said Matt.
“Gremlins.” called a voice. “They’re gremlins.” The group turned around to see an old woman wearing a leopard-print coat.
“Who the hell are you?” asked Paul, staring at her rudely.
“My name is Caroline.” said the woman, with a clear American voice. “And you’re on my private island!”
“Oh…sorry.” said Aislynn. “It’s just that we were--wait, did you say there are gremlins here?”
“Yup.” said the woman. “Hundreds of them.” She dodged a coconut that flew right past her head as she said this.
“But…Gremlins don’t exist.” laughed Paul. “They’re just make believe creatures…like Michael Jackson.”
“Trust me, they exist!” said the woman quickly. “Ofcourse, naturally, I’m the only one who knows this, since they only exist on this island now days.”
“Okay…” said Aislynn. “Well, sorry to come onto your island. We thought it was uninhabited.”
“That’s fine.” replied the woman. “Come into my house, I’ll give you some coffee.”
“I’d rather a beer, thanks.” said Nate.
“Well, I don’t have beer. Only coffee, tea and water.” said the woman.
Nate whispered to Colin. “Wow. This woman must be insane!”
“A lot of people don’t drink alcohol, Nate.” replied Colin.
“Really?” asked Nate, shocked. “Wow!” Colin rolled his eyes and walked in with the rest of the group.
“What did you say your name was?” asked Jessica, as she poured herself some tea.
“Caroline.” said the woman. “Caroline Alba.”
“Oh…” said Jessica. “My last name is Alba too!”
“Oh!” exclaimed Caroline, taking a sip of her coffee. “I’m sure we’ll get along great then. And what’s your name?”
“Jessica.”
The woman spurted out her coffee all over Paul at the sound of Jessica’s name.
“Oww!” Paul yelled. He ran into the bathroom to get some cold water on his face.
Caroline ignored him running off. She seemed shocked at what Jessica had said. “You’re name’s Jessica Alba?” she asked, trembling.
“Yes…” replied Jessica. “Why? Have you heard of me?”
“Well, I’m your mother.” said Caroline. Jessica’s jaw dropped, and so did Aislynn’s. There was a long awkward silence.
“Does…does that mean you’re my Mom too?” asked Aislynn.
“I…I suppose so.” said Caroline. “Both my girls!” Tears filled her eyes. Aislynn patted her on the back. An even longer silence followed.
“You made out with Father Kongshaw?” asked Colin, finally breaking the silence. “Sorry, I know this is a bad time to say this…but, seriously…ugh!”
“Let’s just say I was very, very drunk.” said Caroline, looking embarrassed. She turned to her two daughters. “I had to give you both up to the orphanage, but then all that buzz from China about you two being the ‘chosen ones’ made Kongshaw want you back. But he could only get Aislynn, since Jessica had just been adopted by other parents.”
Aislynn and Jessica stared at her, then at each other, then hugged their mother, all three of them crying.
“Dammit!” Paul walked out with a white soggy thing in his hand. “My glass eye melted!”
“Ew!” yelled Nate, Colin, Vicky and Matt.
Caroline looked at Paul, then quickly looked back down at the sight of the insides of his head through where his eyeball should have been.
“You both have some very interesting friends…” said Caroline. “But if you’d like you can all stay here overnight.”
“Where exactly are we…Mom?” asked Aislynn, for the first time calling this woman her mother.
“Well, I suppose the country it’s closest to would probably be Indonesia.” replied Caroline. I’ve got a boat round back. If you want you can sail over there to continue going wherever you’re going.”
“Great!” said Aislynn, excited. “Indonesia, here we come!”

Sigh...tough audience. You have no idea what it's like trying to please everyone. I'll try and get everyone equal speaking parts and a little bit more for Aislynn. _________________

I have an idea that I dunno if I should tell you all but MG if you come on MSN I'll tell you and see what you think. Since you're the most honest fan, whether I like it or not. _________________
