We're going to try something new for our August contest - YOU get to choose the theme! We've taken 3 possibilities for contests and put them into this poll. The highest vote-getting idea wins, and will be the theme of our August contest! The poll will close on July 25th, so that there will be time to work out the details for the contest to be ready on August 1st. We hope to see a renewed interest in LVI and our contests!

I really like the idea of doing a poll to let us pick the theme.
I voted for the weather related theme. It was the one that I know for sure I could do a vid for. I had my plan A...B...C... vids come to mind right away.
I like the other two as well but I know I would struggle mostly with material for either of them.
I like the one about what character you relate to, that would be really intriguing to see everyone's vids. But I know I would have some trouble finding the clips I want if I went with my 1st choice character.
The epic quest would be tricky for me as well. It would really depend on the contest specifics whether it would work for my fandoms.
That's just my reason for picking the one I did.
I look forward to seeing the winning theme. Whatever it is I plan on trying to enter.
