I tell you what I think is going to happen.
Sawyer is going to be really weak from a fever and the shot wound. He is travelling bqack with the tailies.

Then Jack and Kate are gonna be in the jungle (picking mangos or something) and they suddenly kiss passionately and they hear rustling. Then outta the bushes....step the tailies and Sawyer sees them kissing, It's the last thing he sees before he passes out from the wound and also from shock. we all see the look of upset on his face before he hits the ground. Kate realises he is still alive. she goes "Sawyer!!" and runs next to him and then Jack goes all red. Then stunned silence as everyone stands there. Then the triangle would get REALLY awkward.

Woooo... makes sence.
But I've seen the promo for "Collision" and in that Kate is sitting by Sawyer, lying on a bed in the hatch. And she kisses him on his forehead, you know... "everything's gonna be alright. I'm gonna stay with you." -kinda kiss. Don't think she would do that AFTER she made out with Jack...? Though I think she's very manipulative. (did I spell that right?? )
Na, this is getting really stupid. I don't get it. To me it seems like Sawyer is the one she likes (loves?) the most... and.... uh.... I'm gonna stop now.
