Lost Video Island

[fallen_angel]

ok so there have been tons of versions of this song and this is my absolute fave..... and although I am a Jater at heart I really think this would be an awesome Skate song..... I would love if someone gave it a try i would do it myself but my Vegas skills are crap at the moment and WMM decided not to work for me anymore anyway here is the song and lyrics please have a listen

http://picapic.net/media/NVQWSW3

The world was on fire, no-one could save me but you
It's strange what desire will make foolish people do
I'd never dreamed that I'd need somebody like you
And I'd never dreamed that I'd need somebody like you

No I don't wanna fall in love
this world is always gonna break your heart
No I don't wanna fall in love
this world is always gonna break your heart
..with you

What a wicked game to play
To make me feel this way
What a wicked thing to do
To let me dream of you
What a wicked thing to say
You never felt this way
What a wicked thing you do
To make me dream of you

No I don't wanna fall in love
this world is always gonna break your heart
No I don't wanna fall in love
this world is always gonna break your heart
..with you

The world was on fire, no-one could save me but you
It's strange what desire will make foolish people do
No and I never dreamed that I'd love somebody like you
I'll never dream that I lose somebody like you, no

Now I wanna fall in love
This world is always gonna break your heart
Now I wanna fall in lust
This world is always gonna break your heart
..with you

Nobody loves no-one

I actually did one to this song, lol, but I never put it on LVI because it was an early one and I dont like it very much. Theres also two versions:

The Chris Isaak one

and Heather Nova did a cover which is equally amazing, depends on whether you want female or male singer.

[fallen_angel]

YES OMG Jaime I really hope you can do it glad you loved the song, you definately got great taste

and Rocksiren OMG I would love to see your vid of the song

i think Chris Isaak was the original artist wasn't he ???? I haven't heard the Heather Nova version but i might try find it

I think REM did a version (which sucked btw and i actually like REM) and there is a dance remix version out there somewhere, not sure who by though
