I have relatives with thick Southern accents; yours is intelligible to me compared to a couple of them -- people say my mom has a Southern accent, but obviously since I grew up with her, I can't hear it save in a few things (ie, she writes with a 'pin,' but wears a 'pen,' to my ears).

I'm not sure where I get the twang on my long Os (home I pronounce like haiome, and phone like phaione, except slurred), but I think it may be a PA Dutch thing, not a Southern thing).

That sounds like fun but I don't think I'd do that, I'm too shy to put myself on video for that for the world to see Plus, I don't think I have an accent at all. Though, since my mom is from Massachusetts, she has a bit of an accent still and sometimes hers rubs off on me cause I will say something that sounds like i'm from Mass also even though I've lived in new hampshire my whole life.
