Now that the 2010 Tournament has started, feel free to use this thread to ask any questions or comments you might have or just to *squee* a bit about it if you'd like! Whether this is your first Tourney or you've been with us through previous ones, come on in and chat about it!

And now the Member's Choice Awards have started as well, so feel free to ask any questions you might have or make any comments in regards to them as well here in this thread.

If you are a vidder with a rank under your name, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced or Expert, then you are eligible to vote in the Tournament and Member's Choice Awards. If the proper voting controls aren't showing up to allow you to vote, please let us know right away and we'll get it straightened out for you as soon as possible!

Feel free to PM either me or any of the other Council Members if you don't get a response here in this thread. We definitely want to be sure that everybody who qualifies to vote has the opportunity to! Thanks!

haha Debbie...I'm guessing the CMs were sad that you didn't submit any so they put one in for you. and squeee for Tourney time! Its my favorite LVI time of the year!!

I can answer that with a little help from the Tourney opening post:

After we add up all of the vids that were submitted by their vidders, we have to use the other eligible vids to fill in the ranks so that we reach a number that is mathematically feasible to give us a Tournament that doesn't go more than 6 - 7 weeks that will also end up with a Top 3 in the last Round. 144 was the closest of those magic numbers so that's what we had to have to start the Tourney and you were one of the ones that we included in our effort to get there. And of course, there's the fact that your vids rock and definitely needed to be included in any list that was about the awesome vids of 2010!

No worries, Millie, it'll be coming along. There are SO many vids in the first Round, it has to be broken into 3 weeks or it's just too massive to try to do at one time. This is just Round 1, Week 1; we'll have Round 1, Week 2 next week and and Round 1, Week 3 after that!

At the top of each of the voting threads when you go into them one at a time, you should see the poll information with a button out besides each of the choices and a button that says "Submit vote" at the bottom. Are those showing up for you?

I'm really enjoying the tournament.I'm seeing alot of videos I had missed before.

I was having some technical difficulties with the site last night.I got something about the Gateway timing out.Later on I lost the site altogether and all I got were about 3 error messages on a white screen.The site seems to be okay now,but I wanted to make sure you knew about it.
