Did any one else find the flashes each couple had when they touched amusing because they looked like a fan video? They showed the same clips you would see in any vid for that ship. |

I thought they looked like a fan video too.
With Jack, I liked it wasn't just about Kate, it was about everything he experienced. But the Jate clips the Kate/Jack window scene, their kiss (I don't know that I would have picked her aiming a gun at him...but oh well. LOL.
With Sawyer and Juliet it was more shippy. Same with most everyone else. |

Haha; i've been thinking that since we started seeing them Sam!! I guess cos they pick the moments we pick as vidders that are so important to the character I'm so glad the PBJ kiss and haircutting scene were there, cos they are two of my fave moments of theirs; those family moments
As for the Jate scenes; I think its like you said, because they were the last couple to get their flashes, I took it to mean they were remembering everything, or Jack was, everything up until that moment came back to him. _________________

I was kind of disappointed that they didn't show any clips from SNBH (like the proposal) because they had some beautiful scenes in that episode but the important part was that he remembered her. It was so sweet when he saw her in the church after that. They both looked so happy. I don't care if they're dead!
I was so excited about all the Jate that I haven't even mentioned the Suliet! I loved their whole scene in front of the vending machine, especially the way some of the later dialogue mirrored Juliet's death scene(s), like when Sawyer said "I got you, baby" and when she asked him to kiss her and he said "You got it, Blondie". And of course the callback to the coffee thing. I was so pleased that they finally paid that off.
Some of it felt a bit rushed, but I got everything that I wanted out of the finale (including the elusive ILY from Kate) so I really can't complain. I mean I would have rather Jack lived and gone home with Kate or her stay on the island with him, but I didn't really think they would get a happy ending on the island when none of the other couples did. I think the FS were sort of compensation for the fact that most of them lived short tragic lives.

Also something about the Suliet reunion was
When Juliet in the LAX scene says "We could go dutch." Sawyer's replies is 'Juliet it's me."
And in the flashsideways scene after she says it he then replies "Juliet...? It's me." |

Yeah. Towards the end it was the scene from LA X almost word for word!
I particularly liked the way they laid the audio of Juliet saying "We could go Dutch" in the FS over the footage of her saying it as she was dying in LA X. That looked really good. |

I liked it too and laughed at Sawyer's reaction "I'd love to but that machine ate my dollar and I only got one left." |

One of my favourite things about them is that they both have very dry senses of humour. I liked when they were joking about the vending machine and she suggested he read it its rights. It reminded me of old times. He always seems so surprised when she makes fun of him openly like that because very few people have the guts. |

I liked that too, Juliet and Sawyer have always had a good sense of humor. One of my favorite scenes is in season 3 when he asks what they were building the plane track for and she's like "For the aliens". |

sorry to come in again with this, but I just watched the PBJ reunion of the millionth time. still cried. still epic. i'm so glad it was shown to be as epic as it was, makes me so happy I had really thought the writers wouldn't give PBJ the send off they deserved (I'm still bitter that claire never got the DS ring) but they're together now and that's what matters beautiful acting by emilie and dom, i start crying at the same point every time. When charlie sees claire as 'his' claire and grabs her face _________________

I just watched it again too! I downloaded it from your site watched it and balled like Aaron!
I loved seeing the old characters. Like Charlie, he was really bitter int his AU it was so nice to see him back to normal. And same with Locke, I just wanted to see Locke again and not bitter and nasty MIB.
But yeah...just got done watching it, cried...hard. |

The way I assumed it was that Jack and Juliet didn't get along very well.
And something I didn't like about their first encounter was he looked like he hadn't seen her in a long time. LOL. It felt weird. But I don't think you could really have them having a conflict because there wasn't enough time to do anything about it. |

Mine is when Sawyer asks her if she's sleeping with Jack yet and she turns the question back on him!
Btw, that was a beautiful scene Kat! (And great for AUs! ) |
