I'M CALLING ON THE POWER OF LVI TO HELP ME.

I'm looking for a song about a strong, independent woman. In the same vein as "Bitch" by Meredith Brooks. Just don't want to use that one because... Well, it's used a lot.

And if it could not be about "oh this man screwed me over so I'll show him how awesome I am without him" that would be great. XD

The character I want to vid with this song is Lilah Morgan from Angel, if anyone is familiar with that.

Okay I have two song help questions.

First, I need a good song to vid Sarah & John from I Am Number Four. I was going to use Losing Your Memory by Ryan Star, but it's so overvidded (even if it is beautiful!)

Also, I need some good instrumental type songs (can have some words, but mostly instrumental) for my contest video. Since it's an actor tribute, it'll probably have lots of voiceovers and I really don't wanna have to try to work over lyrics if I can help it.

So any suggestions you guys can give me would be awesome!

I really really really love Street Map, and it fits John/Sarah so well! Thanks Brooke.

I also adore that second instrumental that you posted a link to. I really just need something soft so that it doesn't seem like the voiceovers are fighting for power over the music. Ya know?

) but I just wanted to say yay for an I Am Number Four vid! \o/ I did a vid for Number Six a while back and I've been hoping somebody else would submit something for this movie one of these days!

Can't wait to see it!
