Lost Video Island

Uhm I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem. For longest time i used Google Chrome and then i switched to FireFox. I tried logging in, i put all my stuff into the boxes and clicked "log in" and it refreshed like it was logging in but i still wasn't logged in I tried a number of times.... im using chrome to write this now. I was just wondering if it was FireFox or the site...I think it's Firefox but im just making sure. I don't have this problem with any other site.

Oh, that's just so frustrating when that happens! I'm sorry that it's giving you grief!

I haven't had any trouble with Firefox (it's what I'm using right now) but I once had that exact same thing happen to me when I was using AOL, it wouldn't let me sign into any forum board site. I made the switch to Firefox at that time and haven't looked back.

Anyway, I'll give you the standard thing to try, which you probably already have: Have you cleared Firefox's cache and cookies?

Also, what version of Firefox do you have (check under Help - About Mozilla Firefox). They may have something going buggy with their newest version. And have you checked Firefox's support site? You might get lucky and find the solution there.

yeah I'm using firefox too and don't have a problem so I don't know.
