Try using Lost-Hatch to search the transcripts, it's really helpful

I was just wondering if anybody knew a scene where Locke says "Take it" or "Take them" or smething along those lines.

Also, is there a scene with him saying "Look at me"?

If Locke saying it isn't possible then any other male voice will do, but I just can't think...

there's a season 2 deleted scene "I need to know", but i dont think they have any scenes together with just the two of them, there are a couple where they speak but are in a group scene, not just the two of them. I have an old Clayid vid somewhere, ill look through it and see if there's another. does this mean a Clayid vid from you???

there's some in Man behind the curtain, i think it is, where Sawyer and Sayid are looking for Naomi, they open up a tent and she's not in there. There's definitely more, i can see them in my head but i cant seem to pin point the eps.... maybe also look in The Brig when Sayid starts getting suspicious that Charlie and the others are hiding something ;P and maybe there's some in Abandoned during the day, other than the shayid nighttime sexy ones ;P

There's the scene in Not in Portland where Juliet's ex-husband introduces her to his girlfriend

But if you want Jack to be the one introducing her, you could try using the scene from Eggtown, where he introduces Charlotte and Dan to the losties on the beach, and then substitute, Charlotte’s name for Juliet's.
