I think in Pilot Part 2 it's Kate who yells at Sawyer and Sayid to stop fighting and then she tells them about the transceiver and asks if anyone can fix it....that's the closest Kate's gotten to giving a speech, I think.

I need a scene where Jack is in his doctor's coat talking to someone in the hallway at the hospital (proper close up shot of him) and a scene where he's talking to a patient in their hospital bed and he's looking sad/serious. Any ideas, please?

hmmmm where there is that scene when he is talking to Sarah in her hospital bed...but I don't know if that will work b/c of his hair and as far as the hallway one...I don't know...I'll have to think on it for a min.
