well; there are plenty of shots of jack and his drugs in the season three finale...there's also one in white rabbit of pills sitting on a table in christians hotel room when jack goes to see him. and theres all that alcohol on the table in Shape of things to come just before jack screams at kate about 'where she's been'

as for charlie on the phone...you could manip that scene from the moth when he's crying into the mirror; just before he takes drugs for the first time. maybe split screen it with the shot of whoever else is in the vid, if there is anyone else, whoever he's on the phone with. and then it'll kinda look like it?

as for harming themselves...the only thing i can think of is claire in RBA at the start when she wakes up and she's dug her fingernails into her hands. if you cropped that scene and zoomed in it might be able to look like charlie, especially if you use that scene from the moth i said to use in the phone in a split screen. him crying and 'looking' at his hands? just a thought ;p that is; if charlie's the one you're making suicidal

i found one in the beginning of the end when he's tied to that pole and tells danielle to get alex away he says 'everyone who stays here is going to die'

Yeah he was...ummm I think it was Not in Portland maybe? I don't for sure it was after Kate and Sawyer escape. So just check Elizabeth Mitchell's site b/c she is one of those scenes where he is in the cage.

I know Ben laughs in the mobisode called "King of the Castle" when him and Jack are playing chess.

And it's not really a laugh, but there's a good Ben smile in "Man From Tallahassee" when he says goodbye to Juliet towards the end....
