I saw Frogurt/Niel in That Thing you Do. He plays one of the fans of the band. And Bernard is of the badies in Stephen King's The Stand movie, which is one of Lost's influences too.

This was probably mentioned but Alex plays one of Malcalm's friends in Malcolm in the Middle.
