I read a fic where ALEX LIVES and when discussing how unfair it was to kill her off, the author made me realise how most of the girl characters on this show die from just being shot, wheareas most of the men die a brave, dignified death. Nice.

I don't think she is... at lostpedia.com both Karl and Alex are put as dead and she is the only one as Presumed Dead. Besides there's got to be some freaky secret revealed in a Rousseau flashback surely! I feel she's been rudely ignored throughout
