Yeah so, last weeks episode when Sawyer comes up to Kate and Claire and says, "Mmm...Coffee smells good" and Claire tells him she'll get it was SOOO WEIRD.


Why?! Because it's an inside joke that I have with one of my friends that we repeat constantly --- WAYYYYY before this episode aired!

It was my friend's way of hinting to me that he wanted coffee and he kept repeating it and annoyed I replied, "Ya, ok I got it!" I guess you had to be there but it was funny because I was in such a bad mood and he was too lazy to get it himself. He said it the same way sawyer did too...and I wasn't as sweet as Claire lol.

So, we say, "Mmmm, coffee smells good..." whenever we want something from one another.....I wish he was there watching lost with me when it was on!

I just thought it was weird and have a theory that one of the writers overheard us repeating our inside joke in some public place lol. Just thought I'd share and be silly, no one cares tho so sorry for the thread that probably annoyed most that thought this was going to be an interesting thread. ha.

Maybe someone else noticed a weird parallel to their own lives and lost lines?! Probably not tho, just me!

LOL! That's totally funny! I love inside jokes, and it's even better that it was on Lost. And even BETTERER that it involved Sawyer. Btw, I totally voted - with Sawyer - Cuz, ya know...

Yes it most definitely was. I had to rewind it on my TiVo to see if I was imagining it or not lol.

We all voted Sawyer I think! Who wouldn't?! I'm a Jack lover and I still voted Sawyer...ha!

Actually, I like my coffee with indulgent amounts of french vanilla creamer. I usually go for a dark roast (french roast - yummy!) and then I pile on the creamer. I've always been like that though.

This totally reminds me of some of my favorite Eddie Izzard dialogue:

"I like my coffee like I like my women - hot and strong? With a spoon in them!"

And even better:

"I like my women like I like my coffee - in a plastic cup!"
