the sound of a disc scratching??? I'm using Sony Vegas. If anyone has a good effect for that sound, please let me know? Maybe like somehow making a clip stutter to the beat?

KC (SuperKC) used an awesome effect on one of her recent Battlestar Galactica vids (Kharma Police) You should ask her about it. I say try to use a transition of like a radio frquency. The NewBlue wave effects would work for that.
