I can try to change it for you, the only problem is that if your are using WMM then wmv files are pretty much the only types that it will open up.

Let me try the same file on zshare, maybe you can download it easier from there.

Sorry I couldn't help you with that. It's strange, because wmv is usually something everyone can download. I have both of those Charlie and Claire scenes. But there in wmv.

Can you usually download that format, or not at all?
