So now that the Vid is up, here is the deal. I love LOST! I would ride to work everyday listening to Pearl Jam while trying to figure out Easter Eggs on the show. When the line " Big man stands behind an open door " would come on, Locke was the only choice. I believe in chance. Video Sync has alway facinated me ( Dark side of the Rainbow ), So I found a scene, started the music, And let the hard work of the creators of LOST and the Artist Pearl Jam take over. And on a side note, When Jin and Sawyer approach the Van near the end of the Vid, That is Rock & Roll!!!! Thanks for letting me share this Vid.

I really must ask, Why have I had only one response to my Vid?

Is it because it is my first? Is it not edited well enough?

I have this vid posted on a forum and have gotten good reponses so why not some input here?

Hey bro. I gave u some input when I rated it but it’s not showing up. I liked it. I’m a fan of Pink Floyd Dark side of the Moon, and know all about the Wizard of Oz thing, so I got what you were trying to do with the vid. Thing is though, It sunk up nicely but people aren’t necessarily looking for that. Try something with a bit more story and more clip use. As for nobody commenting. You had 2 comments (including mine!) That’s about how many comments I got on my first vid. As goes for allot of people. Most get less than that. Just keep being active and creating more vids; make a name for you, and you’ll surely get more comments and input. Watch some vids around here, just get a feel for what works and what doesn’t. It was very nice though. Just keep watching and feel free to ask anyone here for advice!

1) Most people don't get many comments on their first vid, unless it's incredibly exceptional. Especially on a vidding site, where there are TONS of amazing vidders. Just keep trying!!

2) It's kinda long. I'm not absolutely sure about everyone else, but I tend to shy away from vids longer then 3:30-4:00 minutes, cuz unless it's just utterly amazing, i get a bit bored. I much prefer shorter vids to the long ones. Even my own vids are short sometimes. Btw, this is especially true if the vid is just a montage and doesn't have a storyline in particular.

Personally, I thought that it was kind of hard to follow, because you had no set story. It doesn't have to be AU, but it helps if there's a basis for us to follow. Then again, I'm not a huge Pearl Jam fan, so maybe I'm not the best person to ask. Also, try to change scenes a lot. If you use long bits of scenes, then it gets boring. not saying that you did, I've just seen that a lot with vids. And no, I'm not amazing myself, just some things I've picked up. I am by no means a professional.

I did enjoy it tho. I thought it has some good bits. I liked that it had a lot of action in it to go with the edgy sound of the music. I also liked that you had some audio in it, tho that could have been a bit louder. I think you did a nice job for your first vid tho...well, let's not look at mine. xD

Keep making vids, I'd love to watch more! I learned soooo much from this site, and I hope that you do too.
