Hmm...not a Jate fan and this is a cliche song to use for Jate honestly. On the related vids thing on the side, there are six vids with names similar to 'Jate - Collide' lol! I am an Izzy fan tho, so I HAD to check this out. Very cool colors (what did you use to do that btw?), and I liked how you did the credits at the beginning. Very nice. I also enjoyed your smooth, simple editing, and nice clip choices. Oh, and the 'you and I collide' thing at 2:13 or so...awesome. How did you do that? I could probably figure it out...dunno.

Hey Sassy.

I knew there were alot of other Lost videos to this song, but I wanted to try and make mine stand-out.

For the colors (sorta a hint of blue), I used the color corrector & saturation adjust etc.

For the part at 2:13 - I used the cookie-cutter and the crop/pan 'thing'

I decided to take a while making the flash transitions on this vid. Instead of using any default transition, I used the gain, gamma & offset effects which are part of the colour corrector

Aww!!! Izzy that is such a GREAT Jate vid!!! Yours definetly stands out!!! I loved all the effects and the slower pacing of the clips. And the ending!!! That was really well made!!!

very cool jate sweetness at its best I loved the ending, wasn't expecting it gorgeous. I had a bit of an issue with whose POV i was watching from because first verse it seemed to be Kate's and then it seemed to go between jack and Kate. maybe im just tired but cool effect use as well

Yeh it does switch from Kate to Jack, but I didnt explain that because I thought I should just leave the vid. Simple.

Really nice colouring and transitions Izzy! I liked how you were paying close attention the lyrics aswell but I think you could have been more abstract with some of them like when you had the lyric about the stars fading out instead of stars appearing over Kate you could maybe have just had Kate on a night shot or something. Totally quibbling though. Really nice video well done!

To be honest, my main inspiration to try something different were your vids. I love that bluey feel they have in them, so I tried it myself!
