I'm thinking, taking, like, something really dramatic and strong, and then using audio from 'I'm Too Sexy' or 'Barbie Girl,' for instance.

Well I'd done "Three's a Charm" by the Starting Line and they'd done "Girlfriend" by Avril Levine or whatever, but still. Sucky. Would be funny if it hadn't been my video lol

You know, the thing that makes me most furious about it is that all of us spend so many hours working on a vid (geez, the colouring of "Everything" alone took me about three hours!), we put a lot of time and love and effort into hour vids and people like that just spit on all that! God, it makes me sick!

amen karolina it takes lots of time and lots of love, and in some cases lots of sleepless nights, to make our vids and to have some loser steal them is a kick in the gut

I had a vid idea/song/clips stolen from this vid of mine by someone who claimed not to know how bad clip theft was and how against it I am, its in my bloody youtube bio!

and this person tells me how much she likes it and wants to make one, but promises it will be different. she just wanted to use the song and i was like ok. and this is what she posted:

this happened before i really knew how bad clip theft was so i didn't get as mad as i would now; but everytime her vid pops up it irritates me. so if anyone wants to let her know of the shocking similarities id love you! what annoyed me the most is that she has skill and other clips, so why the hell steal mine?!

god this is maddening!!!

There's not much really though we can do to make him/her stop it and take the vids down. You can flag the vids as inappropriate but I reckon that's not really helpful
