|
I have a copy of Photoshop and I'm not afraid to use it!
Most recent icons that I think turned out well, as examples:

(for foxy9)

I have a specific, pop-art feel to my stuff, as I've said about half a dozen times before, so if anyone wants icons in that genre, let me know!

If you don't like the rosy tint, but like the icon, it can be changed to a different color quite easily. Let me know!
(PS WMM is freaking out at the video. Still trying to save what I've got as a whole. It was saving up to 94% and then spazzing out, so I had to isolate whatever the problem was.) |

Also, here are various other colors (not sure when you'll be around, and wasn't sure if you wanted a color change):

And here is the rainbow one I did as a joke, but it didn't come out looking as bad as I had hoped. (If you want to actually use the rainbow one, I'll mute the colors so it looks a little less garish, heh.)

And softer rainbow:

(I need a real hobby.) |

Hee. It was two seconds with a color overlay to change the colors, and five seconds with a rainbow gradient to change that, so it's not like I spent a lot of time changing the colors.
The font for 'Wondering if only' and 'Littleton Pace' is actually the same font - the former is spaced closely together, and the latter is spaced wide apart. I wanted for it to look polished, not grungy, and that seemed like a polished font. The font is called 'Poor Richard,' and is based off of Ben Franklin's 'Poor Richard's Almanac'; it's one of the defaults for Vista, and I think it's free to download off of Google.

As long as it's not CSI: Miami so that David Caruso can break my monitor - just kidding. But which CSI is it? Vegas, right? And what sort of mood do you want?
Trey and Pauly: Thanks! I used to do graphic work for a living (temporarily ran the NY public employees' federation website), so I'm fairly competent in it. Sometimes Photoshop gets too fun for me and the icons come out less good-looking than they might have, though - that's my one failing, haha. As far as getting used to Photoshop, Trey, my advice is just to mess around with it and see what you can do. You only learn by trying, after all. |

Assuming it's Vegas, here is an initial attempt:

Took him out, and put in some Las Vegas scenery to fill the blank space.

Slight edit:

as the feathering on the girl's arm was annoying me. Also made the text a little larger.
Yes, I am a horrible perfectionist. |

Hey, Kat (and anyone else) - What do you think about this, for the upcoming video?

I figure it will meet with your approval. |
