I never liked Myst Too many intellectual puzzles for my likiing

Anyone else think the game will use a flashback format aswell that isn't shown here? Cause I read on the summary that as you go on in the game you will need to laarn from your past mistakes to progress so I reckon we could be playing in flashbacks aswell that would be so cool. I hope they keep the island action non linear though.

As a passenger of Oceanic flight 815, you survived the crash and find yourself on an uncharted island somewhere in the Pacific Ocean. So we're playing "as a survivor" and going to "interact with the main characters" but not actually be playing as one of them, then? Does that mean we'll have a choice of playing as *gasp* Paulo or Nikki???

I actually sucked pretty bad at Myst myself! Yet... I still want this one!

If that's a redshirt, which I suppose it probably is, then it is unlikely that we will be playing as any of the main characters. If it is Jack, then I take it the "as a survivor" bit means "as one of the survivors" (implying we might get to pick one).

Bah, it's probably not jack, now that I think about it... They'd never give us that much control. We're probably just some redshirt


(and for the record, Myst is an awesome game . If this is even close to it, it will be a major achievement haha)
