The story is from Sawyer's perspective. He's not perfect and he's not trying to be, but he wants kate to give him a chance- with a kiss.

I always picture it having the audio from Confidence Man:

I actually do like Kelly Clarkson but I haven't picked up "My December" yet, so I haven't heard this song. If you wouldn't mind sending me a copy, I'd be glad to give it a listen, though I can't make any promises 'cause my muse is just notoriously unreliable.

Ooo, that's a GREAT song! I can totally see a Skate vid to it, too, definitely from Sawyer's jaded point-of-view! I'll give it a try!

I've been trying some new techniques to vid more quickly than I used to ("Walking Behind" took 3 months, argh! *tears out hair* ) but, like I said, my muse is notoriously fickle so I can't make any promises.

*puts song on repeat and starts pre-vid pondering* (I always start by listening to the song over and over again whilst pondering, what can I say? )

Update: I've figured out my gimmick, now just to see if it holds up when I do a few preliminary tests... *paces nervously* RL has been taking up almost all of my vidding time for the past few days but I have managed to do the opener! I'm hoping to get some quality vidding time in this next week, so hopefully I'll progress quickly then!
