Lost Video Island

[sawyerlovesjack]

Hey! I found a place where you can convert a video to a gif, and it's the easiest thing ever! It has one tutorial where it tells you how to crop your video file using Windows Movie Maker. Here's the link:

This is what I did:

Sammy Winchester Supernatural

How big are these files? Are they small enough to use on livejournal? (41kb or smaller?) Thanks for sharing this find

A few more. I don't know about the size in livejpurnal. I resized them to 100 x 100 in ImageReady.

Very cool! Thanks for sharing the link!

And looooooovely work on all of them, by the way!

Sawyerlovesjack, I hope you don't mind but I saved one of them so I could get the size reading (it was the one of Sawyer doing his lumberjack impersonation, chopping the tree! YUM! ). It came out as 490kb. Livejournal has a ridiculously small size restriction on icons, 41kb, as Jen mentioned, so these would be too large for LJ users to use without removing frames or lowering the color depth down. BUT they'd be perfect for any place like a forum board that doesn't have such a size restriction!

thanks for letting us know about the site ... and here I thought I would never make my own avatar

I always adored this moment after the kiss...
