Lost Video Island

I've been poring through iTunes and can't find just the right song to use, so I figured I'd ask you lovely folks here. I've decided to make my very first shipper vid -- of sorts. It's basically an AU with the added bonus of CreepyStalker!Charlie, hurrah! Unfortunately, I can't for the life of me think of a good song to use. Snow White Queen by Evanescence would be perfect, but someone made an absolutely amazing Claire and CreepyStalker!Ethan video to that not long ago and I don't want to seem like I'm trying to copy it. I also considered another Evanescence song, Taking Over Me, but there's also a slightly unstable Charlie and Claire shipper vid using that. Sigh.

So I'm in a rut. Any help you guys could provide at all would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

I started to use "Every Breath You Take" by the Police for an Ethan/Kate vid I did a while back because it has a nice creepy stalker vibe to it. It has been used here at LVI but not for Charlie/Claire. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Um, Helena by My Chemical Romance kind of has a beat-heavy base with a little creepy vibe if you listen to the lyrics...plus it's an awesome song. Dunno if it'd work for you though, but it's worth a listen...

Well if you're into Evanescence's songs, 'Haunted' is another one you could use. Within Temptation are similar to Evanescence so there's probably a couple of their songs you could use. I'm quite liking 'Forgiven' from their new(ish) album.

I love these type of videos. Evanescene is an awesome choice. I actually used Snow White Queen for a creepy Charlie/Claire vid a while ago and uploaded it on YouTube. But Evanescene has quite a few of those type of songs. I can't really name any, they're all good. But her new album 'The Open Door' has some great songs to fit that mood. I think there may be a good Xandra or Lacuna Coil song that might fit it, I don't know if they're on itunes..

So I don't make my fiftieth vid with Elvis Costello, 'I Want You' is always a good choice. (If I can find it on Napster, I'll burn and upload a copy to Z-Share.)

I personally thought it would work really well for something dealing with Ethan and Claire, but if you used Charlie and Claire, it would work well too.
