Anyway, definitely go ahead and submit the vid on Monday because we're trying to get the voting done as quickly as possible. I'd say submit it with a title card sort of thing with just the vid's name on it if nothing else and we'll swap that out for your proper pic as soon as you have it. Just PM the pic to a Council Member and we'll make sure it gets taken care of for you.

No. Shh. I've been having difficulty hanging onto my wireless connection long enough to upload it. Now I'm cheating and uploading it from my dad's computer. Should be in v. soon.

[rant] I am so frustrated right now. I read about this contest a little over a week ago and thought "what the heck?" and tried my best to get a vid done (thank you for the extension by the way). Well, I finally got it done, but WMM won't save it to movie file for some reason. I tell it to save, and it just sits there doing nothing but taunting me with it's horridness. DIE WMM!!!!!! DIE!!!!!!!!!!!![/rant]

Now that that's said, I feel a little better.

Aw, Firi, I know exactly what you're talking about! If you've ever seen the rather bad quality of my "Cells" vid, then you'd know I've been right where you're at! WMM just would not render/save as movie and the time was ticking down on the contest I wanted to enter it into.

So I finally tried breaking it down into pieces, rendering each of them, then combining them back onto the original timeline and rendering that. And since I was using WMM ver 1 it saved with a REALLY crummy quality and having to save it over again made it turn out horrible! But at least it let me get it sent in time to make the deadline! WMM 2 at least saves at a better quality than 1 did, so maybe you could try something like that with yours? Sometimes it's worth a try! If you need help on how to do that, you can have a look here at the WMM Guide I did a while back or feel free to PM me. I'm kinda running in and out today and tomorrow but I'll be glad to help you if I can!

Thank you for the advice, Aislynn! I've been toying with WMM for the past few hours now, and nothing is working. I'm about to give your suggestion a go and see what happens. I appreciate it!

I just submitted my vid. I included links to youtube and putfile. The youtube version's audio is a little off so, if it's not too much trouble, it would be great if the putfile version could be the one judged. But I know putfile can be annoying sometimes so that's okay if it doesn't work out.

Yay, so glad you got it finished and submitted! We received it, safe and sound! I'll let the others know that you've requested we use the Putfile version. YouTube can be a serious pain in the hind-end sometimes, that's for sure!
