I liked it.

Poor Sawyer, "Every so often a girl comes around that... you name stupid constellations with". Well, as predicted, the tide is starting to turn Jate's way again (just to recede to Skate later lol, and the cycle continues...)

It was a neat ep anyway - Jack and Juliette both outsiders, some more Alcatraz stuff (I don't care what anyone says, this stuff on the little island is some of the best Lost yet)

Heh, Ethan the surgeon . Maybe they should get some team members who are professional hitmen in the outside world to do their dirty deeds instead of their sole surgeon

So, the kids and Cindy are all alive and happy (and still remember Ana Lucia, no less!) interesting. I highly doubted they were dead though, so it's not much of a surprise. They don't know about Ana Lucia though, which is also interesting. I doubt what we saw was a result of brainwashing though (at least not in the form we saw in room 23).

This brought up a fascinating theme with the Others of treating outsiders like ... well... animals. It didn't seem to matter at all that Juliette was stopping Pickett from killing Sawyer, or about what Ethan did to Charlie and Claire. They seem to barely value their lives. hmmm...

There sure is a lot of Others. Especially considering they've managed to successfully hide from Danielle for 16 years lol.

The music right at the end of this ep was awesome, I can't wait for the score .

So yeah, itll go back Skate way...especially since something really strongy-bondy kind of is happening btween Jack and Juliet.

Also, could someone explain WHY they beat the crap out of him?????

I felt a bit underhwhelmed with this episode for some reason. I haven't been feeling very good and it's late.

i actually quite liked that episode

my favourite bit was the ending for me that piece of music i really enjoyed

i was just falling in love with all the jack/juliet scenes and there was something there when he was helping her with the aloe vera

and poor sawyer awww. he really feels for her and his little man conversation with karl.

I thought though when kate and sawyer were having their little arguement i think that if she was to say how she really felt about him it would settle things a bit because he has already confessed about how he feels. Its like when he said she was feeling guilty i was come on kate just say how you feel but she just said she wasn't beating her self up.

Hmm... I couldn't take it anymore so I just read what people's reactions were on the episode before I saw it. Mainly I wanted to know if it would be the Jack, Kate and Sawyer show, which is was, generally speaking, and TONS of people apparently didn't like it, so since I'm not that into Jack I was all gung-ho thinking I would hate this episode.

....but it wasn't all bad. The ending was SPECTACULAR. I've been waiting for them to show the starlit sky on the island for SO LONG!! They haven't done it since season 1. Like The Moth ending, that was beautiful.

Jacket rocked. I like this pair. I buy their chemistry. And the whole Alex interaction I didn't think was nearly as bad as people I read posts of made it out to be.


I think it's interesting that the previous two eps most people liked more than disliked and I couldn't get myself to care about them, but eps that more people dislike than like I think are better.



But that being said---- Bai Ling and Jack scenes...... *vomits* I CRINGED during those scenes. There were a few quite awful lovey-dovey scenes that just didn't work.

Great ep!

Loved the ending. It felf like the good ol days of season one.

I think that it's great that we get to concentrate on only the central characters in the plot line. But I think think that one of the reasons that people are disliking LOST these days is that we only get to see so many characters a week. Don't get me wrong, I love all the Jack vs the others stuff and nearly a whole ep full of Desmond is great but it just feels like forever since we've even seen Locke!

That said some pretty good stuff in this ep.
I'm a Jater through and through but even I'm starting to warm to this Jacket stuff! I still don't trust Juliet though!
We finally found out what Jack's tattoos mean. Although the story behind them was a little confusing!
And now we're going back to our Island with creepy smoke monsters and polar bears! And that korean fellow, I forget his name it's been a while!

Damn it I can't wait a whole long week before the next one!

That was a good ep, though most of Jack's back story stuff was a bit boring. And that's something, as I like all of his episodes, but nevermind. That irritating Issabelle woman, why have we never seen these people before? The stuff with the Bai Ling (that her name?) wasn't anything special I didn't think. What's the fascination with her? She's not that pretty or talented
Jack was pretty good in this ep, but saving Juliet, ugh.
Lame ass Jacket stuff, just too forced right now. Sorry but I don't trust her. Jack being a badass though, yelling at Cindy and the kids. I love how everyone jumps when he shouts "WHAT?!" at them all

Sawyer putting Kate in line was good, else she'd have paddled back to certain death so good he put her in place lol. But what's the deal, he's blatantly in love with her, but its not clear how she feels any more. But that's understandable. They'll run some Skate stuff and some Jacket stuff, then get Jate on later

Overall a pretty good episode though, music was well used and nicely shot. Am looking forward to stuff back at camp actually moving forwards, because at the moment it's at a standstill. Oh and something at the camp NOT involving Desmond? Is that so much to ask?

After last week's ep I would be happy watching the Desmond show

I thought the episode was so so. We certainly didn't need another Jack FB and the Thai story should have been his first episode. It would have made sense him in a new place and all. The flashback was probably the big letdown. The revealing of Jack's tattoos was.. so what? but I enjoyed the story on the island and the ending was great.

I agree with ya Paul...also, what were the "big 3 secrets revealed"? Can someone explain why they beat the crap out of him??? Kate is being unrealistic, and now Sawyer has to be the "heavy". Im wondering why he doesnt just tell Kate that Carl left on his own to get Alex.

Did anyone else almost freak out when Tom was like "What kind of people do you think we are?". HAHAHA!!! WHAT??? I can throw all the stones I want there Tommy Boy, Ive done a lot of things but Ive never broken someone's neck or hung someone from a tree. Freaking wacko's. I actually did find Jack attractive, cause hes starting to act manly- I loved it when he yelled at Cindy- YEAH!

Yeah I didnt like the Skater stuff- cant you see that hes scared about it?

The jacket was uber-sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!! awh, the "mark" was barbaric (sp) though! like it seemed something an animal would do.
I actually enjoyed everything but the flashback and the ending was so so sweet!

Haven't seen the promo yet but I dislike the beach people hopefully it's a good story and i will enjoy it.
