Well she just said ''We got it.'' so I assumed that she got it from the outside world (after the whole Ben/Redsocks/TV thing in the next episode).

Yeah, I think I got it wrong. I thought by the autopsy report, she meant that they had actually perform an autosy!
And when she said 'we got it' she was refering to the body!

Bu I was probably wrong. Although the Others could have the body!

LOL that would be so disturbing if they did. But that's a really annoying thing they've never answered that i've always remembered.

There's a lot of things that they've never answered but LOST wouldn't be LOST if they answered everything!

But still, 2 years later and they still haven't answered even a little thing like that? Annoying...

But maybe it's something to do with the plot..
