kinda. I'm thinking of keeping the Videos forum open to people, since most of them read through it when just browsing the forums. But the voting part is hidden so I can allow votes to be anonymous  . Since every person who votes will be able to comment and vote from the videos' main LVI page, we'll need a database that can hold its own end up.
If you are reading this you have found the answer to the first clue about 5.0's special features. This is number 2:
