I saw the movie with a bunch of non-Firefly fans and during that particular part the entire room was like, "NO!"

W00t! Just finished watching the entire series about 10 minutes ago KC & I absolutely loved it, thought it was awesome.

Even though I loved each and every episode, I'd have to say "Jaynestown" and "Out Of Gas" were my two favs. I was litterally laughing my butt off during the entire ep of Jaynestown.

Also, did I mention already how much I *heart* Mal?

Oh how I really enjoyed the last few minutes of the episode "Trash" Hehe!!!

Anyway, this show kicks major ass and now I'm gonna have give Jen back her dvd's and get my lazy ass to Futureshop to buy the series myself

and the movie too of course (which I still haven't seen yet).
Don't worry though, I'll diffinately be watching it sometime tomorrow. Who knows, might even make a music video.

I can't wait!

Jaynestown is probably my fave eppy not for the whole Jayne is hero thing which was fantastic but for the bit where Book let's out his har and River screams. My favourite moment right there.

LOL I thought the whole Jayne Hero thing was hilarious, especially when everyone in that bar started to sing that little song about him and they (the crew) were all like "WTF?"...lol.
But yeah I really liked that part too when River screamed and flipped out over Shepards hair and she ran and hid in one of those little compartments they use for their smuggling.

First of all, yes, that was the part we were referring to.

Secondly, the series takes place before the movie. It's the "EIGHT MONTHS!" that Mal screams about to Simon.

My favorite episodes are Out of Gas & Objects in Space for the most part. Those are givens. Other than that it depends on the day! (Because they're all so good!) I also HEART Mal and Nathan Fillion to boot. Le sigh.

All that said! Yes, I agree. YOU watch the show! YOU watch the series. My work here is done.
