Here you can tal;k about anything related to the tournament. Try not to make it 100 pages in the first hour though, okay guys?

Remember, try not to give away your votes, at least not in a way that would sound like you're swaying others. This is a genuine tournament!

I don't get it lol is this for the November contest or what and when do we vote?

Happy Birthday LVI though! I guess I am a little early considering it's November 16th we should definetely have a big party

Edit: Okay I think I get it now after reading LC's post. Sounds fun! There are some videos I really treasure here at LVI so I hope they win!

We hope that we'll be able to do this as a yearly event for the Lost vidding community (kind of like the Emmy's or Oscars for TV and movies) but all of that will be determined by the interaction and responses we get from you guys. If your video was nominated for the ballot or the tournament then talk about it and be proud of your nomination. If your video didn't get nominated then talk to those that did and realize that by participating this time around you're encouraging us to do this aain next year and the next, and so on and so forth (also realize that any video submitted from October 30th-October 2006 will be eligible next year if this year goes well). Be sure to vote because every vote will count in the ballot part of this months activities. But we do ask that if you are going to vote in a category you watch ALL the videos in that category. Please don't just vote for your friends or make a pact with someone to vote for them if they vote for you. I think Warren covered all of this nicely in the rules just make sure to read them.

This can be a big thing for the vidding community so let's all pull together and make this work because I personally would like to do this every year. But that is resting in the hands of each of you.

Let's all have some fun in the name of LVI's Anniversary!!!

I am in the process of creating a separate website for my other music vids and will put some URLs up back to LVI when finished. My current site is essentially a Farscape one.
