The scene of Jenna (Kate) saying she couldn't sleep; that manip was SO believable.

Wow this is so great. The manips are SO believable.

I am with Jenna. I cannot believe this was done on WMM either!!!

The adopted manips were great as well. Such a great story here. Great idea. Blown away like Jemma.

Woah! Cool story. I've never seen this show though so I was a little confused at parts. I really want to know the whole story now! So Kate was taking care of her niece and nephew and sleeping with their Mom's husband?? But why was she there and where was the Mom this whole time? I loved that scene with the bread and her cutting herself. Was that an accident? So at the end, was she turning into a vampire but they killed her so she wouldn't turn?

Great storytelling. I'm sure it would have made perfect sense if I had seen the show but I think I got most of the story anyway...just cloudy on the details..

Oh, Amy, that was OUTSTANDING!!! This is exactly the kind of thing I envisioned when I first read the contest idea. I'm a huge fan of TVD and you really did an amazing job of fitting Kate into Jenna's role. It was very convincing! I thought your manips were really well done and your clip choices were absolutely perfect. I also loved the very ending where she flashes back to a visit from her aunt. Awesome! I really admire you for being able to find so many perfect scenes, not only that dovetailed together brilliantly, but that you were able to tell Jenna's whole story from start to finish with a perfect flow. Am I gushing too much? Because really, I LOVED THIS!!! Well done!!!
