I have two very different videos lined up to do next, and I realyl don't know which one to choose. I'd love to do a video to a song that will get some anticipation rolling, like My Immortal did (btw, who's doing that one now?

lol). But one that I'm inspired to do.
A few weeks ago, I was all hyped up about making a Hurley video to "Pinch Me" by the Barenaked Ladies. Listen to it, it's got some great "Hurley" music to it

lol. I think it would work as the perfect look over of how all this that has happened to Hurley sort of opened up his eyes to a new world, when all he had before was his mother's couch and his bucket of chicken... lol.

And then just recently, I got this inspiration for another video, one that I thought of doing before, but then changed my mind and let Laura try it out, since she wanted to make a vid to it, but then she never did... Unless you're still workign on that vid, Laura, I'd like to try it out again.
The song is "Chop Suey!" by System of a Down. I would be making a Locke vid that is VERY effects-intensive and will probably end up very dark and creepy

(it's so sad that the only Locke songs I can find are the really rock, creepy ones

Because I actually don't think that way about him... I feel sorry for the guy!) Anyways, I think I could pull it off (MAYBE). It would be a very.. passionate... video, that's for sure.
Now, along with the problem that I'd need to sign over the song from Laura again, I also HGHLY doubt my mother would approve of this video

thus giving me a few doubts about it

heheh.
So in other words, I need some big responses from you guys if I want to do either one of these, otherwise they may be put-off to a later time, or postponed indefintely and replaced by other songs..... maybe

I love Barenaked Ladies! They rock I would go for that one. I thought of doing the million dollars song by them a while ago but some of the lyrics didn't really work.

I voted for pinch me, although I didt here the song but I love System of a down and for me that is no Locke song
that doesn't mean the song is no Locke song, it just means, for ME it is no locke song
althoug I don't doubt that this would be a masterpiece

I would rather do it with a Claire/charlie vid ( still no shipper!!) or only claire, because she's more fragile and to see her suffer away would move myselfmore, than to see Locke suffer

It has been a long time! Thanks for the welcome back! The only changes I notice here are a few more sub-forums and the way in which you solved the hosting problem. I like the end result. I have cable now and can stream most of these vids and it is awsome!

I'm glad I don't have any idea what "That idiot Potter" means, but I did see a thread about Trolls and Instigators and I assume it has to do with that. If this is the case, I'm glad I missed it because I hate Trolls. If this isn't the case then I have no idea.

So many great new vidders and the contest thing has really taken off! LC is doing a bang up job! I think LC runs this place ... doesn't she?
